Information you provide
You may enter role interests, a preferred location, an email address and an optional mobile number in the Job Alert form. The contact form accepts a name, email address and message. Please do not enter government identifiers, payment details or sensitive employment records.
Job Alert information
A job-specific alert includes the public role identifier, title, category and stated location. A general alert includes the interests you select. In preview mode, form entries stay in your current browser page and are not sent to an alert service. A preview does not establish a subscription. If an alert service is connected, the form sends the information over HTTPS when you submit, and confirms a saved alert only after the service acknowledges it.
SMS information
SMS is a separate choice. The checkbox starts unchecked. Providing a number alone, viewing a role or using the directory does not opt you in. If you enroll in a connected SMS program, the submitted information includes your chosen consent, the consent wording and version, and the page URL. A connected service may retain the time and other evidence of that request.
How information is used
Information sent to a connected service may be used to maintain your alert preferences, provide the communications you choose, answer support requests, investigate misuse and satisfy applicable obligations. It is not used to submit a job application on your behalf.
Website and contact information
The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies in this release. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the site. The contact form prepares an email draft; your email application sends it only after you choose to send.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting, support and, where connected, message delivery providers may process information only to perform services for the website. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent limited processing by service providers that deliver the requested messaging service.
Retention
Preview entries exist only in the current page state and are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. SMS opt-out
If you receive messages through an enrolled program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. A final confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. You can also contact the email address below. Changing a checkbox in a new preview does not update an existing subscription.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures should protect information actually received. No website, transmission or storage method is completely secure. Use a private device when entering contact details and avoid sending sensitive information in a general inquiry.
Children
The directory and alerts are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date. A material change to the purpose or scope of SMS consent requires an appropriate new choice; continued browsing does not itself create that consent.
